Example: Instead of spending weeks manually indexing X-ray diffraction patterns, I used AI to build a workflow that processes hundreds of patterns in minutes, flagging anomalies and correlations that would take months to spot by eye. The AI doesn't make the scientific judgments - it surfaces the patterns so I can make better decisions faster.
